Golden Awp not work bullet tracers and other

1. Bullet Tracers not work i dont know why
2. When buy golden awp the players is with gold glow i want when change the weapon(awp) the glow remove. Only with awp to have glow.
3.This is not important but if you have fix this if buy awp while the player is in protection the glow remove and player can shoot to appear glow

Is it doing anything at all, and how are you testing it?
If you are trying it with yourself, it will not work.
